Certain states require written disclosures for nonprofit organizations soliciting contributions. Individual state disclosures are below.

If you are a resident of one of the following states, you may obtain financial information directly from the state agency.

 

Arkansas:

Financial information about this organization is available upon request from the Arkansas Secretary of State, Charitable Division, State Capitol, Little Rock, AR 72201.

California:

The official registration and financial information can be obtained from the Attorney General’s website at https://oag.ca.gov/charities. Registration does not imply endorsement by the State of California.

Florida:

Georgia:

A full and fair description of our programs and our financial statement summary is available upon request at our office and phone number indicated above.

Maine:

Information may be obtained from the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation, 35 State House Station, Augusta, ME 04333.

Maryland:

For the cost of copies and postage, from the Office of the Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401.

Michigan:

Financial statements are available upon request from the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Charitable Organizations Division.

Minnesota:

Registration and financial information are available from the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office, Charities Division, 445 Minnesota Street, Suite 1200, St. Paul, MN 55101.

Mississippi:

The official registration and financial information of American Online Giving Foundation, Inc. may be obtained from the Mississippi Secretary of State's office by calling 1-888-236-6167. Registration by the Secretary of State does not imply endorsement.

Nevada:

Contributions may be tax deductible pursuant to the provisions of sec. 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, 26 U.S.C. §170(c).

New Jersey:

INFORMATION FILED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL CONCERNING THIS CHARITABLE SOLICITATION AND THE PERCENTAGE OF CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED BY THE CHARITY DURING THE LAST REPORTING PERIOD THAT WERE DEDICATED TO THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY BY CALLING (973) 504-6215 AND IS AVAILABLE ONLINE AT https://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/charities. New York:

North Carolina:

Financial information about this organization and a copy of its license are available from the State Solicitation Licensing Branch at 1-919-814-5400. The license is not an endorsement by the state.

Oregon:

Pennsylvania:

West Virginia:

Residents may obtain a summary of the registration and financial documents from the Secretary of State, State Capitol, Charleston, WV 25305. Registration does not imply endorsement.

Wisconsin:

Financial information disclosing assets, liabilities, fund balances, revenue, and expenses for the preceding fiscal year will be provided upon request.
